A "gourmet" brioche recipe from a surfer!
ingredients
-500g of flour
-1/2 sachet of bread yeast
-2 sachets of vanilla sugar
-4 c s sugar
-4 egg yolks
-100g of melted butter
-22 cl of water
Preparation
STEP 1 :
-Put all the ingredients in order in the tank.
2ND STEP :
-Start the brioche program.
STEP 3:
-Bake in the bread maker. Tasting the cold brioche
